Welcome to soil big tumb!
This black and white aesthetics is interesting because it reduces the smooth flow of world colours into just black and white, it complicates it by making it simpler...
Very memory feeling
Also sorry about your phone too
welcome big thumb to the soil, so happy to see your post!!!!!
These photos that you have shared are really intriguing me... they make me feel as if I'm on a bus going to a fair ground and everything is slow and fast at the same time. Also the second photos makes me feel so much; there's something about a bus or train driver that has always made me kind of sad and happy at the same time? Like you know they have a familiar route, same stops, same people, sometimes different scary strangers, or nice strangers, random different days and passing years. It's making me think of all the routes I have walked or travelled loads of times because of where I lived or where my friends lived and schools and how going down the same route so often enables you to notice things that others wouldn't. My dad used to get the train from Brighton to London everyday and when I was on the train with him he knew so many things and precise times to look out for certain objects on the track. We had a game of counting all the footballs and its crazy how many there were and you could work out if one was new or not by comparing it to your usual count (also depends on what side you sit which is also interesting....all about perspective too).
Would love to see and hear more of these photos.
p.s. its great to get out of the house and smell the air and earth,
The bird watches back
Just realised from looking again that it is probs not even a bus driver but even so.....a vehicle driver
The bird watches back
Birdy what you just said about bus drivers and daily routes reminds me of Paterson by Jim Jarmusch!
